We collect as little as we can to run your test and send you the report.
What we collect
- Your store address and email address, to run the test and send you the report link.
- Payment details, handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Recordings of the test: video, screenshots and page contents of your public storefront as our agents saw it, plus the steps they took.
- Basic server logs (such as IP addresses and request times), kept for security and debugging.
Who processes it
- Stripe takes payments and sends receipts.
- Anthropic runs the AI models that drive the agents. Pages from your storefront are sent to its API during the test.
- Resend sends our emails.
- Railway hosts the site, the test runs and the stored reports.
- Umami counts visits to our public pages, without cookies and without identifying you. It never sees your report pages.
We don't sell your data and we don't use advertising trackers.
Cookies
We don't set cookies or store anything in your browser. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page.
How long we keep it
We keep reports and recordings for 12 months so your link keeps working, then delete them. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to get a copy of your data or to have your report and recordings deleted sooner. We'll do it within 30 days.
